Return Period
You have the right to cancel your purchase and request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: It must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

Tags: It must have all original tags attached.

Packaging: It must be in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
[!IMPORTANT] Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions (Non-returnable Items)
Returns cannot be accepted for:

Customized or made-to-order jewelry (e.g., items with name or date engravings).
Return Procedure

Request: Send an email to info@ideadoro.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.

Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds

Inspection: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at info@ideadoro.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
